Delivery charges
We offer affordable shipping prices for all UK and International deliveries. All prints and other products are despatched using courier or tracked mail. We don't include packing slips with our deliveries to minimise paper usage.
Our typical shipping rates are outlined below. Please note that multiple items may incur a higher delivery charge.

We currently do not automatically ship on our site to Europe (due to Brexit issues), or Asia and South America. We can however arrange a specific international delivery order to any of these regions if you contact us on shop@graffiki.shop, to arrange a pre-defined delivery price.
Delivery times
We print all items to order. Approximate despatch times are as follows:
- Fine art posters within 2-4 business days;
- Framed prints & canvases within 5-7 business days;
- Postcards and greetings cards within 1-3 business days.
Packaging
All items are wrapped safely in protective materials. Canvases and framed print are packaged in our own dual-wall shipping boxes, which are purpose-made to our specifications and are designed to withstand even long international journeys safely. Our packaging standards have been refined many times, over many years and breakages and damage are now extremely rare. On those occasions when incidents do happen, we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.
Returns
To make returning items as convenient as possible, we have designed our returns procedure to be quick and easy:
Step 1 - Notification
To initiate the returns process, you need to email shop@graffiki.shop quoting your order number and stipulating the reason for the return.
Step 2 - Returning the goods
As soon as we receive your notification, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your order. We cannot unfortunately take returns unless they have been damaged in transit. If you are not happy with our products, then we will be happy to discuss a return and/or replacement.
We require items to be returned in good condition, in the full original packaging.
Please note: unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Faulty goods
If you believe there is a fault with your goods you should notify us immediately. Where a genuine defect is found and the fault is rectifiable, reprints will be made and sent at the earliest opportunity. Faulty goods that cannot be rectified will receive a full refund instead.
Customers should refer to Section 4. (Specifications) of our terms and conditions regarding slight colour variations that can occur in relation to how the images and frames are displayed online as minor distinctions will not warrant the finished product to be classed as faulty.
Exchanging goods
We are unable to offer different goods in exchange for the ones you return so if you would like to order something else, please place a new order through the website and this will be treated as a separate transaction.
Goods supplied in error
If a product is supplied in error, arrangements will be made for the collection of the goods. We will accept no liability for products supplied against verbal orders. Hard copy confirmation is, therefore, essential.
Unwanted Art on Demand goods
Please note that since all our products are made to order, accepting the return of a non-faulty item is at our discretion so you should refer to our terms and conditions for clarification of the formal agreement between us.
